I have led technology and operations for over 25 years. As CTO of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina I led 100+ professionals and an annual technology budget of about USD 10 million, owning IT governance, infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity and business continuity across headquarters and the Atucha and Embalse nuclear power plants.
Before that I directed Technology, Software Factory, Architecture and Information Security at the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, with six management units and about 300 people. Today I run Bridger4u, working on technology strategy, data, cybersecurity and applied AI.
